Purchasing a Capital City Golf Card is a great way to save money on golf. The cards cost only $20 per year and entitle players to many discounts on green fees.

Adult Cardholders receive $3 OFF Peak Green Fee rates everyday of the week - excludes Last Light fees.

Juniors age 17 and younger must attend a free golf etiquette class to become eligible to purchase a Capital City Golf Junior Card.  Capital City Golf Junior Cardholders receive 50% off Weekday Peak Green Fee rates and receive special Weekend and Holiday Green Fee discounts.

Senior Cardholders, age 58 and older, receive to 20% off Peak Weekday Green Fees and $3 off Weekend and Holiday Peak Green Fees.

Juniors and seniors must purchase a Capital City Golf Card in order to receive green fee discounts. Capital City Golf Cards are good 12 months from date of purchase.

Policies and procedures for making tee time reservations at Haggin Oaks

• Same day tee time reservations can be made by: 1) automated telephone reservation system; 2) Internet reservations through our website; 3) by calling the golf shop directly.
• Customers must call the automated system by no later than 8:00 p.m. one day prior to cancel or modify their tee time to avoid a no-show penalty. If you must cancel after 8:00 p.m., call the golf shop at least 1 hour prior to your tee time to avoid penalty.
• Capital City Golf Card access numbers are non-transferable. If you made the reservation and you are not playing in the group, you should cancel the tee time and have one of your partners call and reserve it using their access number. Unless you call the golf shop to notify them that you will not be playing, a no-show penalty will be applied.
• No-show penalty is $10.00.
• If you do not purchase a Capital City Golf Card, you must use a credit card number to make advanced reservations. Non-cardholders will be charged $10 for no-shows on their credit card and only have access 7 days in advance.

Question: Do I have to purchase a Capital City Golf Card to make advance reservations?

Answer: No. A phone number and credit card can be used to access advanced tee times.

Q: What if I wake up ill or have an emergency and cannot cancel my tee time before 8 p.m. the evening before my reserved tee time?

A: If you cannot cancel your tee time by 8 p.m. the evening before, call the golf shop directly at least 1 hour prior to your tee time and you will not be penalized.

Q: What if I reserve a tee time and can't play, but the rest of my group wants to play?

A: Advance reservations are non-transferable. You should call the automated system and cancel the tee time, letting your partners know to call in and reserve the same tee time under their access number. If you decide not to play at the last minute due to an emergency or illness, call the golf shop at least 1 hour prior to your tee time and tell them that you will not play, but your partners will.

Q: Will I be penalized if my entire group does not show up to play?

A: No. Please call the starter if you are not going to have a full group, so the tee time can be filled with a player from our waiting list.
