At the beginning of the year, we announced the start of numerous Course Improvement Projects. Here are the results after a year!
All four courses have been continuously improving and updating throughout the year. Most projects we mentioned in our blog have been completed and the others that are still ongoing or have yet to be started will continue into the new year.
We will also announce 2022 Course Improvement Projects in a future blog! Look out for that soon.
Haggin Oaks Golf Complex
A new Catering Kitchen was built near the HOGC Pavilion for banquets and special events. This allows HOGC to offer more robust and efficient catering services the all special events and banquets held at the facility.
The MacKenzie Patio offers more seating options to patrons of the course and Mackenzie’s Sports Bar and Grille.
Expanded covered seating for all patrons and guests of the HOGC Driving Range.
Refrigerator & Freezer for Driving Range has been installed. This allows us to expand The Hangout Food Truck’s menu and add more food and beverage options!
Equipment Wash Rack Replacement used for cart clean-up has been updated to use recycled water.
Over-seeding the Driving Range is an ongoing project. The outer rim of the driving range already has been started and will continue to grow in the new year.
HVAC System installed in the Player Performance Studio.
More Security has been added this year and the course has 24-hour security with two security guards at night.
Toptracer Range Technology has been added to the front side of our Driving Range, providing a unique one-of-a-kind golf experience for all Driving Range guests!
Bing Maloney Golf Complex
The clubhouse was freshly painted and the dry rot repaired.
The parking lot was slurry sealed to improve cracks and holes on the pavement.
Front signage has been updated and repaired.
Bartley Cavanaugh Golf Complex
Remodel Restaurant with new name, signage, and more taps! (This is an ongoing project!)
HVAC unit was added to the Pro Shop.
Installed a pump house cover.
William Land Golf Complex
Cart paths on holes #2, #3, and #4 have been added.
Clubhouse landscape installed around clubhouse and cart barn.
Refurbished benches and hole number signage were added on all tees.
Replaced flooring in Mulligans Cafe and the carpet in the Pro Shop!
