In the August 2017 edition, the AGM Member Insights feature highlights Bing Maloney Golf Course. The article by Lisa Goulian Twiste, ‘Putting Customers First: It’s the foundation of Bing Maloney Golf Complex’s Success’ discusses many of the great initiatives Bing Maloney has implemented this year, including their return policy, their CRM marketing and their dynamic green fee pricing.
In the article, Andrew Wilson discusses that there are many places to purchase golf equipment whether it be online or brick and mortar stores. “One way we differentiate ourselves is through our return policy to give some peace of mind to the consumer. I view this easy return policy as an unconditional agreement that guarantees the quality of the product. ”
