Charlotte Mayorkas Joining UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame

Charlotte Mayorkas will Join UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame on September 13, 2024.

Charlotte has been employed with Morton Golf for approximately two years as a part-time Instructor and Golf Coach. Charlotte, also employed with Lululemon as their Product Operation Manager since 2009. 

She is a 2005 graduate of UCLA and played college women’s golf all 4 years. 

Charlotte, along with six other UCLA alumni will join the UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame on September 13th, 2024.

She made history by becoming the first-ever UCLA women’s golfer to earn first-team All-American honors three times. The two-time TEAM MVP had an outstanding season in 2004, leading UCLA to the NCAA title with a fourth-place individual finish. She also was the Pac-10 Championship medalist and UCLA’s first-ever Pac-10 Golfer of the Year and won the 2004 California Women’s State Amateur Championship. Charlotte won five tournaments during her collegiate career, including UCLA’s single season record  in 2004, and back-to-back ASU Invitationals. She then joined the Futures Tour in 2005 and was second on the money list after placing thirteen of the 16 Top finishes. Charlotte went on to make fifty-four out of sixty-seven cuts during her career on the LPGA Tour. 
 

Her husband since 2011, Mike Duhamel is also an Instructor and Golf Coach for Morton Golf. They met while Mike was a Caddy and Charlotte was playing on the LPGA Tour. 

Charlotte grew up in Southern California with her mom and Grandmother. They have always instilled in her their strong work ethic.
