HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST: You are automatically entered into the Contest when you complete and transmit the on-screen entry form before 11:59 PM ET November 30, 2014. Morton Golf is not responsible for transmission and/or computer error. Two (2) random selections will be held on or about the following dates: December 1. Limit one entry per individual.
