Golf and Guitars is about giving back to the community. In 2018, Golf and Guitars has partnered with Paper Clouds Apparel and is selling a limited edition Golf and Guitars printed t-shirt (and other gear) through April 22, 2018. 50% of the net proceeds from the sales of this art will go towards Fly Brave Foundation. Their mission is to create an employment training program for adults with autism that have aged out of the school system, focusing on three essential building blocks; hands on skills training within the community, social skills, and healthy living. On May 21 & 22, 2018 the Morton Golf Foundation is hosting the Golf & Guitars Music Festival in Sacramento, CA and all the proceeds from this amazing custom artwork initiative will go to the Fly Brave Foundation. This custom artwork was designed by Dimitri and Lucas Still. Dimitri and Lucas are the pride and joy of longtime radio host, Pat Still, who is best known as the morning show co-host on KNCI 105.1 FM in Sacramento, CA. Lucas (22) attends Westmont College in Santa Barbara and will be entering his senior year where he is majoring in Economics and Business. He’s on their baseball team and has been involved in the Evening of Dreams, A Prom For Special Needs Kids every year since its inception in 2010 (held at the Capital Christian Center). Dimitri (19) was diagnosed with autism at the age of 18 months and since then he’s had an intense home program of teaching 3-4 hours a day, five days a week. He’s a student at Luther Burbank High School in their Special Education Department. Despite limited verbal skills, Dimitri is good at communicating what he wants- particularly if it’s pizza or his iPad.
