Start your day with dessert for breakfast and I promise you won’t be disappointed in Chef Blanca’s latest creation! It starts with homemade banana nut bread then dipped in a vanilla custard and grilled to perfection. Topped with whip cream, caramel and walnuts. Syrup is optional with this french toast. YUM!! For lunch choose between three fantastic options. If you want comfort food I suggest the Jambalaya Pasta. For something quick on the go choose the Turkey Bacon Sliders with chipotle avocado mayo. These sliders are cheap but oh so delicious! I can’t forget the Beef Chimichurri Sandwich with tender grilled steak, sauteed garlic, spinach, carrots and roasted peppers.
