Del Monte Golf Course hosted over 100 Juniors this past weekend, March 6-7, for the 3rd Annual Bobby Clampett Junior Championship.
16-year-old, Ellie Bushnell takes first in her third championship tournament of 2021.
Scoring +5, with six birdies between her two 18-hole rounds, Bushnell continues her 1st place ranking, adding another 35 points to her 2021 standing.
Bushnell is one of the top junior players, not only in Northern California, but in the state.
In 2020, she won five overall titles on the Junior Golf Association of Northern California circuit.
Awaiting this 2021 season, Bushnell will play in a qualifier for the U.S. Women’s Open, June 3-6.
She will also play in qualifiers for both the U.S. Women’s Amateur and U.S. Girls’ Junior.
