Our Beer, BBQ and Balls summer celebration continues on the Haggin Oaks Driving Range this Saturday, July 21st at 7pm when we bring out Island of Black and White during our FREE Concert Series!
According to Island of Black and White’s website, they “first appeared on the music scene of El Dorado Hills, CA in 2004. Their music is a sweet, humble yet raw blend of acoustic rock, funky reggae, and soulful blues. It is a mixture like no other. The ‘sometimes duet, sometimes quartet’ exerts high energy performances while frequenting local venues, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, music festivals and various events. The unique sound of Island of Black and White today captures the attention of those young and old: with Chris Haislet on guitar, keyboard, accordion, melodica, flute and vocals, Nawal Alwareeth on drums and vocals, Brandon Dickinson on guitar, pedal steel, and vocals, and Tim Picchi on bass and Vocals. It is apparent for anyone watching, that the band shares an immense love for music. Not only does the band enjoy playing, but their incredible performances engage all who listen; and the energy is shared with the entire crowd.”
We’ll be grilling up tender, juicy tri-tip sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs and more! Enjoy our $2 beer specials all night long! So bring a chair to sit back, relax and listen to the concert or bring your golf clubs to hit a few balls. Either way, you’ll enjoy the festivities on the driving range!
The Haggin Oaks Golf Complex is located at 3645 Fulton Avenue in Sacramento.
