The Sacramento Bee selected Haggin Oaks as “Best Golf Course” in their 2024 Sacramento Favorites competition.
Every year, The Sacramento Bee hosts a competition where Sacramentans vote on their favorite things in Sacramento called Sacramento Favorites. Anyone is free to nominate something in a category and then users vote on their favorite. Last year, Haggin Oaks won second place in the “Best Golf Course” category.
We are proud to announce that this year we have won first place in “Best Golf Course!” We owe this accomplishment to all of our employees and the hard work they put in to making Haggin Oaks a wonderful space for golfers and non-golfers. But Haggin Oaks didn’t win just one award—in addition to “Best Golf Course” The Haggin Oaks Golf Super Shop also won third place for “Best Sporting Good Store!” This is just another way Haggin Oaks continues to be one of the most awarded golf facilities in the country.
