HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST: You are automatically entered into the Contest when you complete and transmit the on-screen entry form or apply in person in the Haggin Oaks Shoe Store, located at 3645 Fulton Avenue in Sacramento, CA before 11:59 PM ET November 30, 2014.
NOTIFICATION: The Prize winner will be notified via e-mail or by phone after drawing date. Prize winners do not need to be online at time of notification and will have 48 hours to respond to winning notification. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
REDEMPTION: The prize will be available for pick up in Will Call in the Haggin Oaks Shoe Store or may be eligible to have sent to the winner’s home address after confirming eligibility.
