This month is all about Dad at the Restaurant at Bartley Cavanaugh Golf Course. First up, a decadent breakfast – Eggs Benedict. Â An English muffin, topped with a slice of Canadian Bacon, then a poached egg, thenâand this is the key ingredientâwith creamy, sinful, decadent, soul-inspiring homemade Hollandaise Sauce.
