Our featured salad of the month is our Grilled Chicken and Poached Pear Salad. If you are a salad afficionado, then you will LOVE the combination of flavors found in the pairing of poached pears, dried cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles and candied walnuts (yum!) as they are tossed with balsamic vineagarette and then topped with grilled chicken. You won’t be hungry for more after finishing this meal!
