November Chef Specials:
Monday- BBQ Chicken Salad
Combines crunchy romaine lettuce with BBQ chicken, grilled corn, black beans, fresh tomatoes, tortilla strips and crunchy red onions, all chopped to the same size then tossed in light ranch and bbq sauce – or your favorite dressing.
Tuesday- Bacon Burger
Features ¼ lb. savory grilled beef, topped with thick-cut smoked bacon, melted American cheese all on a warm, toasted bun.
Wednesday- Monte Cristo Sandwich
Made with ham, cheese, a bit of mustard, and mayonnaise, then it’s dipped in egg, and cooked just like french toast.
Thursday-Chicken Avocado Club
Grilled chicken, melted creamy swiss cheese, crispy salty bacon, cool & creamy avocado, mayo, and a little lettuce, tomato, and red onion
Friday- Cheese Quesadilla
A flour tortilla heated on the griddle, then flipped and sprinkled with grated, Monterey Jack, Cheddar cheese & Colby Jack.
Saturday- Hot Pastrami Sandwich
New York pastrami, caramelized onions, pickles, and Dijon, all covered in melted cheese
Sunday- Meatball Sub
Meatballs in tomato sauce with melted cheese on a lightly toasted baguette.
