MacKenzie’s Sports Bar and Grille serves up new monthly specials for golfers in March
March may be the favorite month of the year for basketball fans. March Madness anyone? But that shouldn’t stop you from dropping by MacKenzie’s Sports Bar and Grille this month for their featured breakfast and lunch specials.
For breakfast, dig into the Chorizo Scramble. Chorizo is mixed with farm fresh scrambled eggs, country potatoes and fresh refried beans. This scramble is topped with crumbly cotija cheese and fresh chopped cilantro. It is served with warm grilled flour tortillas.
MacKenzie’s Sports Bar and Grille is offering up two distinct choices for lunch. The featured salad of the month is a Salmon and Strawberry Salad. This salad features fresh grilled Atlantic salmon, fresh baby spinach, greens, yellow peppers, asparagus, sweet strawberries and crumbled feta cheese. It is topped with a homemade lemon dijon vinaigrette that pulls all of the ingredients together.
Try the California Avocado Caprese Chicken Sandwich in March. This hearty sandwich begins with a grilled chicken breast that is topped with mozzarella cheese, fresh avocado, pesto, tomato and fresh basil and served on a toasted ciabatta bun.
