Morton Golf Foundation has had another powerful year fundraising and growing our mission of giving back to local youth, adaptive and underserved.
Golf Fore Health is in the process of wrapping up their 2-part session. This is a wonderful group to join if you need any rehabilitation and want to use the golf course as your physical therapy center. Itâs much better to be outside in an outdoor recreational atmosphere where everyone is happy and smiling.
Special Olympics of Northern California and Nevada just held their annual âGolf Regionalsâ. On September 22nd there were nearly 400 Special Olympic Athletes and their Caregivers joining in Golf Skills activity and/or playing golf on a beautiful sunny day.
L5 Investments Capital Cup Fundraiser was held on September 15 â 17. There were 32 golfers who bought in for a $2,500.00 fee to play for the charity of their choice. Each participant went out and fundraised for their charity where 100% of the proceeds stay with that charity! The total raised by the 32 golfers this year was $1,847,396.00. Tom Morton raised $70,126.00 for Morton Golf Foundation!
Our largest Fundraiser of the year was âGolf & Guitarsâ on June 26th & 27th. Nearly 3,000 people gathered for a 2-night music festival celebrating Golf through Music. Over $100,000.00 goes back to several childrenâs charities who are the real WINNERS.
