Tournament Director – Charlie Cheung
Charlie has been with Haggin Oaks since 2008, and has worked in multiple departments. As a result, Charlie has a thorough understanding of our golf operations and is uniquely qualified. Charlie also has a deep background in business as a senior executive with UPS and brings a professional, worldly background to the Haggin Oaks operation. Charlie will lead our Tournament Department and also be involved in the Player Assistant Program and FootGolf Operations.
Assistant Tournament Director – Jade Van Dyke
Newer to the Haggin Oaks Team, Jade has proven to possess outstanding customer service and organizational skills. Jade spent 28 years with the fire department, eventually as the Federal Fire Chief at the Naval Air Station in Lemoore. Jade will be involved in all our tournament operations, FootGolf operations and will lead the Player Assistant Program.
FootGolf Manager – Karl Van Dessel
Karl has done an outstanding job leading our new game, FootGolf. Karl is a soccer fanatic (like myself) and loves the game of golf. Karl comes from the hospitality industry, managing operations at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco and the UC Davis Summer Housing Program. Karl will also lead our FootGolf Tournament Program, and be involved in all our tournament operations.
The Morton Golf Partners are very excited with the synergy already in place with this team. Tournaments, Player Assistants and FootGolf are a vital part of our customers experience and this team will take each department to new heights in the coming season.
