The Alister MacKenzie design promises an incredible test of golf skills. The MacKenzie Golf Course is, without a doubt, the player’s course at the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex. Designed by the mastermind behind Augusta National and measuring a respectable 6,991-yards from the back tees, this 73-year-old track, originally designed by world renowned architect, Alister MacKenzie, is a true test of golf for the low handicapper.
The Arcade Creek Golf Course is a relatively flat layout designed and built to be friendly to every skill level. The front nine was opened to the public in 1952 with the back nine opening two years later in 1954. The course can still be played as either a nine-hole track or 18-hole regulation round which makes it ideal for beginners, walkers and leagues.
Golfing during the last hour of the day is a great way of making better use of the natural daylight. At Haggin Oaks we want to make it easier and affordable for our customers to get out and practice.
