HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST: You are automatically entered into the Contest when you complete and transmit the on-screen entry form before 11:59 PM ET November 30, 2014. Morton Golf is not responsible for transmission and/or computer error. Two (2) random selections will be held on or about the following dates: December 1. Limit one entry per individual. Morton Golf reserves the right to modify scheduling of the contest without prior notice.
NOTIFICATION: The Prize winners will be notified via e-mail after drawing date. Prize winners do not need to be online at time of notification and will have 48 hours to respond to winning notification. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
