Calvin is currently enrolled in the PGA of America’s program to become a certified instructor. He enjoys teaching the game of golf and watching the transformation of his players, but above all, he believes that no matter what someone is doing, that it should first and foremost, be fun. No matter what level the player is at, it all starts with basic fundamentals. Golf starts from the ground up and it’s important to build a solid foundation: Grip, Stance, and Posture. It is Calvin’s belief that through drills and through proper practice, players can build a more consistent swing by improving their movement patterns. It’s important for the student to understand what is causing them to do something wrong so they can take the necessary steps to fix it.
