Shop Small is a nationwide movement created by American Express in 2010 to promote and celebrate small businesses. Small businesses are the backbone of our community and need the support of our local residents. Small Business Saturday is an annual event that is celebrated on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Haggin Oaks is a proud founding partner of this movement.
What can I do?
As a customer, you can support your local small businesses in a lot of ways. Go out and patronize them and share on your social networks. Use the hashtag #ShopSmall to connect with new small businesses throughout your community.
