Teams and Dreams Foundation
The Teams and Dreams Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in April of 2022. It was started by a couple, Chuck and Alicia, wishing to adopt via foster care with a desire to help foster children. Chuck spent 15 years in the fire service as a firefighter and Alicia spent 12 years as a Registered Nurse. They have been married for almost 14 years and have one daughter named Mattea.

We believe that honesty and transparency will help us work together to create unity and equality by respecting each other for who they are, showing compassion, and kindness, and creating a place where everyone feels they are valued for who they are. Through hard work and dedication, together we can enrich the lives of foster children in need.
Our Mission
The mission of “Teams and Dreams” is to create opportunities and supportive services for foster children to reach their dreams by providing access to extracurricular and enrichment activities.
