Valentine’s Day Menu
Grilled Seafood Trio– shrimp Scampi, blackened Tilapia and bacon wrapped scallops. Served with rice pilaf.
Prime Rib (9oz)– slow roasted to perfect tenderness. Served with a baked potato and sautéed vegetables and creamy horseradish.
Pork Chop– stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, mix peppers, topped with a demi-glaze served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Cajun Jambalaya– pasta shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage, sautéed onions, peppers and tomatoes in a cajun cream sauce tossed in penne.
Desserts–
Crème Brulee-served with a strawberry and waffle cookie
Cheesecake Xango– rich, smooth cheesecake rolled in melt in your mouth flakey puffed pastry.
