Mark Minasian has been a Volunteer Player Assistant for the past ten years.
Before joining Haggin Oaks as a volunteer Mark worked for 40 years for Safeway with a short time off in between to be in the Navy as a E-5 Fire Control.
Today he is married to his best friend Judith and they both enjoy time at Haggin Oaks volunteering. They play the majority of their golf at Haggin Oaks.
Mark not only volunteers at Haggin Oaks but he has a job as a San Juan School District School Bus Driver for Special Needs children.
At the age of 10 Mark’s mother was getting interested in golf. She wanted a golf partner to play with her at William Land Golf Course. At that time she encouraged Mark to start the game and the rest is history.
When Mark and Judith are not on the golf course they enjoy cooking. Mark looks at cooking as a way to relax and just enjoy the time in the kitchen.
