Scott Shaffner volunteers as a Cart Barn Player Assistant at William Land Golf Course
Scott Schaffner has been a volunteer with Morton Golf for over 7 years. He started as a volunteer with âSaving Strokesâ an adaptive golf program now renamed âGolf Fore Health.â After volunteering at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex to help his neighbor Jim in the program, Scott became a volunteer at William Land Golf Course.
Before coming to Morton Golf Scott was employed at Great Valley Mazda Chrysler in Sacramento.
Scott is an avid golfer who got involved in the game as a 16-year-old junior playing recreationally with friends.
In his spare time, Scott is interested in Photography. He has entered and won photo contests in his adult life at the California State Fair and KVIE. He enjoys being a freelance photographer as he is continually meeting new people.
Sott also plays golf regularly and enjoys outdoor activities.
The newest member to his family is a cat, DIVOT that he and his wife adopted 6 months ago that was roaming William Land Park.
Stop by Mulliganâs CafĂ© at William Land Golf Course and see the wonderful display of Scottâs talent with his camera.
Continued thanks to Scott on what he offers to William Land Golf Course and all the volunteer opportunities that he takes advantage of.
Thanks Scott for all you do!
