Haggin Oaks Ranked Top Ten Municipal GC In America
Most everybody has heard about municipal courses like Bethpage, Chambers Bay and Torrey Pines where the U.S. Open has been played, but there are a great many fantastic muni’s that are less famous.

Lee, a native of Sacramento, shot a 7-under-par 66 to win the U.S. Open local qualifier that was held at Dragonfly. He moves one step closer to possibly qualifying for this year’s U.S. Open at Torrey Pines.
Winston Pan & Kailey Yoon Take First Tee – Greater Sacramento Junior Tour Golf Championship Titles
First Tee – Greater Sacramento held its Junior Tour Golf Championship this past week at the Bartley Cavanaugh Golf Course of Sacramento and kids from around the region showed off their incredible golfing skills and prowess with low scores across the course- proving that the Sacramento region is never short of great golf talent.

On Saturday, May 15, 2021 the First Tee Junior Tour held an Optimist International Qualifier at Haggin Oaks in hopes of winning a playing spot at Doral County Club in mid-July.
They are Travis Burgess and Haley Wong in 1st place & Nikki Chindavong in 3rd place.
