NEW 2 GOLF Class at Haggin Oaks
Golf can be intimidating. This program removes any barriers keeping a potential golfer from joining this great sport. Participants are introduced to a golf facility, etiquette, rules, booking tee times, how golf is played, selection of equipment, and basic, simple instruction to put the golfer on the path to improved play.
Time: 2 – 90 minute sessions (3 hours of total instruction)
Ratio: 10 students to 1 instructor
Cost: $39.95
Men’s Golf Finished First Round of Visit Stockton Invite at 4-Under Par
The Sacramento State men’s golf team counted three scores of par or better and finished the first round of the Visit Stockton Invitational at 4-under par as a team on a rainy Thursday at Stockton Country Club.
The team totaled 280 and is tied with Utah for fifth place after the first of three rounds. Washington State shot 268 to lead BYU by two strokes.
Davidson Earns Second Big Sky Golfer of the Week Award This Season
Sacramento State’s Ethan Davidson was named the Big Sky Conference Men’s Golfer of the Week for the second time this season, it was announced today. Davidson previously earned the award on Sept. 29 and has now been honored six times during his career.
