HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES: You are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes when you complete and submit the entry form located at the Haggin Oaks Golf Super Shop, located at 3645 Fulton Avenue in Sacramento, CA. Morton Golf is not responsible for lost, illegible or incomplete entry forms. Six (6) random selections will be held on or about the following date: May 1, 2015. Limit one entry per individual.
