As a golfer, how can yoga help you?
The most obvious response is that it will improve your flexibility. And this is certainly true. However, what many people don’t recognize is that yoga will also improve your balance and strength, specifically the strength in your lower body and core. As you continue to improve, you will start improving your power and speed. Overall, you’ll become a better golfer.
